<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />WHEREAS, a certain "Deed of Trust" was made on October 19, 2005, by and
<br />among Jayhawk Investments 101, LLC, a Kansas Limited Liability Company, as Trustor
<br />and Borrower; Kenneth F. George, as Trustee; and Jeffrey D. Butterfield and Don W.
<br />Zimmer, as Beneficiaries and Lender, covering the following described real property:
<br />
<br />Lot Five (5), Menard Second Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall,
<br />County, Nebraska,
<br />
<br />which Deed of Trust was filed and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, on October 21,2005, as Instrument No. 200510470; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said Beneficiaries and Lender, Jeffrey D. Butterfield and Don W.
<br />Zimmer, have requested in writing, as set forth below, that that said Trustee execute
<br />this Subordination Agreement.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of said Beneficiaries and
<br />Lender, Kenneth F. George, Trustee, hereby subordinates any and all of said Trustee's
<br />right, title, and interest in and to the above-described real property arising out of the
<br />"Deed of Trust" identified above (recorded as Instrument No. 200510470 in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska) to the lien of the trust deed among
<br />Jayhawk Investments 101, LLC, as "Trustor"; CAPITAL CITY BANK, as "Lender and
<br />"Beneficiary"; and Kenneth F. George, as "Trustee", dated April 15, 2008, and recorded
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on April 21, 2008, as
<br />Instrument No. 200803334, for so long as the same remains in full force and effect.
