<br />May 2,2003, by LORETTA C. ARNOLD, an unmarried person, Trustor, in favor of WELLS
<br />FARGO BANK, N.A., as Beneficiary, and WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL NATIONAL BANK,
<br />as Trustee, and which was filed for record on June, 12,2003, as Instrument No. 2003-07435, of the
<br />Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska. GREGORY L. GALLES has been appointed as
<br />Successor Trustee, replacing WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL NATIONAL BANK, byvirtueofa
<br />Substitution of Trustee filed for record in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows:

<br />LOT 20 AND THE WESTERLY 30 FEET OF LOT 21, ALL IN BLOCK I, KNICKREHM
<br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.

<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue ofthe non-payment of the installment
<br />payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustor is hereby liable to the Successor Trustee,
<br />GREGORY L. GALLES, for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to
<br />Nebraska statute ~ 76-1012.

<br />By virtue of said default, Successor Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property
<br />to satisfy the obligation referred to above.
<br />
<br />The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and
<br />Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in 976-1012.
