<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned., ,five ,Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deed of Trust dated March 31, 2003, executed by Don 1. Wetterer and Christianna M.
<br />Surprenant, Husband and Wife, Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on April 8, 2003, recorded as Instrument No 0200304193, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:

<br />The South Half of the South Half of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter (S 1 /2S 1/2 WI /2SE 1 /4) of Section
<br />One (1), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, theestate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 6th day of November, 2008.
