<br />FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (a/I(/a FANNIE MAE) organized and existing
<br />under the laws of The United States of America, GRANTOR,
<br />in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION

<br />conveye to GRANTEE, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201):

<br />Grantee herein shall be prohibited from conveying captioned property to a bonaflde
<br />purchaser for value for a sales price greater than $54,000.00 for a perfod of 3 months from
<br />the date of this deed. Grantee shall alao be prohibited from encumbering subject propertY
<br />with a security interest In the principal amount of greater than $54,000.00 for a period of 3
<br />months from the date of thl. deed. These restrictions shall run with the land and are not
<br />personal to Grantee.

<br />This restriction shall terminate Immediately upon conveyance at any foreclosure sale
<br />related to a mortgage or deed of trust.

<br />GRANTOR covenants Oolntly and severally, If more than one) with GRANTEE that GRANTOR:

<br />(1) It warrants that It will defend the title to the above real estate against the lawful claims of all
<br />persons claiming by, through and under grantor, but not otherwise;

<br />and covenants of record; and
<br />(3) By accepting this SpecIal Warranty Deed, grantee acknowledges that he has had adequate
