Allen Family limited Partnership, a Nebraska limited liability company, to <br />Chicago Title Insurance Company, Trustee, as Trustee for the benefit of Great Southern Life Insurance <br />Company, a Texas corporation, the Beneficiary named therein, recorded March 30, 2001, in the Register <br />of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. 200102661, has been paid.
