As a result of the default, the Beneficiary <br />has directed the Trustee and the Trustee's attorneys to sell or cause to be sold such property to <br />satisfy the obligations secured under the Deed of Trust. The indebtedness due under the Promissory <br />Note securing the Deed of Trust is $52,030.79, together with per diem interest of $11.55 trom and <br />after November 6, 2008, is immediately due and payable.
