FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECURING: (a) The payment of indebtedness evidenced by Trustor's Promissory Note of even date herewith in the principal sum of SEVENTEEN THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($17,000.00), together with interest at the rate provided herein, both principal and interest on the Note being payable in accordance with the terms set forth therein, which by this reference is hereby made a part hereof.
