<br />WHEREAS, FIRST STATE BANK of Gothenburg, Dawson County, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed
<br />of Trust recorded August 12, 2004, executed by Richard L. Hartman and Patricia A. Hartman, husband and wife, as
<br />Trustor, in which First State Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, and recorded in the
<br />office ofthe Register of Deeds of Hall County, as Instrument 200407960, has received from the Beneficiary
<br />thereunder, a written request to partially reconvey, reciting that such deed of trust and the note secured thereby have
<br />been surrendered to the undersigned trustee for cancellation:

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such deed of trust the
<br />undersigned, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the persons entitled thereto, namely Richard
<br />Hartman and Patricia Hartman, a portion of the estate now held by it thereunder, to-wit:

<br />Lot One (1), on the Mainland in Section 9, Township 10, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, EXCEPTING a tract ofland more particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 73,
<br />Page 106 and EXCEPTING a tract ofland more particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded as
<br />Document No. 76-002654 and EXCEPTING a tract ofland more particularly described in Warranty Deed
<br />recorded as Document No. 99-111191.
