Rivera and Linda M. Rivera f/k/a Linda M. <br />Martinez, Husband and Wife conveyed Title to Elaine Kay Savage by <br />Warranty Deed filed September 27, 1996 in the Register of Deeds Office as <br />Document No. 96-107605. Slatterly and Kaley L Webb, each a single <br />person executed a Deed of Trust to Horne Federal Savings and Loan <br />Association of Grand Island filed August 21, 2008 in the Register of Deeds <br />Office as Document No. 200807248. Subsequent Assignment to <br />CitiMortgage, Inc. filed September 16, 2008 in the Register of Deeds Office <br />
