Grimmett and Dayna C. Grimmett, husband and wife, Trustors, <br />under a Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on July 17, <br />2003 as Instrument No. 0200309120, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate, <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />A tract ofland comprising a part of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section Twenty-Four (24), <br />Township Nine (9) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more <br />particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the North line of said NW 1/4 said point <br />being 342.00 feet West of the Northeast comer of said NW 1/4; thence running Southerly parallel <br />to the East line of said NW 1/4 a distance of 245.0 feet; thence running westerly parallel to the <br />North Line of said NW 1/4 a distance of 230.00 feet; thence running Northerly, parallel to the East <br />line of said NW 1/4 a distance of 245.00 feet to a point on the North line of said NW 1/4; thence <br />running Easterly along the North line of said NW 1/4 a distance of 230.00 feet to the point of <br />beginning, subject to road right-of-way on the North, <br /> <br />have breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and are in default under <br />the terms of said Deed of Trust. The nature of such breach is as follows: Failure to pay the note secured by <br />said Deed of Trust when due. On account of such breach, pursuant to said Deed of Trust the Assignee <br />Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has elected to sell or cause to be sold such trust property to satisfy said <br />indebtedness. <br /> <br />The above debt will be assumed valid unless you notify the undersigned in writing that you dispute <br />the debt or any portion thereof within thirty (30) days from your receipt of this notice. If you notify the <br />undersigned in writing within this time period, we will mail you a verification of the debt. In addition, if the <br />original creditor is different from the above-named creditor, the name and address of the original creditor will <br />be provided to you if you request this information in writing from the undersigned within thirty (30) days <br />from your receipt of this notice.
