Dean, Trustee of the <br />James E. Dean Revocable Living Trust, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One <br />Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby <br />grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Ryan E. Francl and Keri L.
