Vargason, a single man, Trustor under a Deed of Trust recorded <br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on July 16, 2007 as Instrument No. <br />0200706013, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate, to-wit: <br /> <br />LOTS NINE AND TEN, BLOCK THREE, CLARKSON'S FIRST ADDITION TO THE <br />VILLAGE OF ALDA, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br /> <br />has breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and is in default under the <br />terms of said Deed of Trust.
