<br />MURRAY DEAN WELLS AND ANN M WELLS. HUSBAND AND WIFE. to Arend
<br />R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIA nON OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />MAY 10. 2006 and recorded MAY 24. 2006 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument 200604604 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested
<br />in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
