<br /> ASSIGNMENT OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST UNDER DEED OF TRUST
<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />That the undersigned, in consideration of the sum of$1.00 and other good and valuable
<br />consideration in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby.sell, assign,
<br />transfer and convey to First State Bank of Gothenburg, Nebraska, "ASSIGNEE", all of the
<br />undersigned's interest including, but not limited to, any beneficial interest of the undersigned and
<br />any interest of the undersigned as a secured party, under that Deed of Trust dated September 25,
