<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantor is the Successor Trustee under the terms of a
<br />certain Deed of Trust dated December 3,2002, and filed for record in the Office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, December 4,2002, as Instrument No. 200213476, wherein
<br />Ralph Mecham Craven and Kimberly L. Craven, Husband and Wife, were identified as Trustors;
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said Trustee has upon default of the Trustors of the obligations contained in
<br />such Deed of Trust caused such Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given and
<br />published as required by Nebraska Trust Deeds Act contained in Chapter 76, Article 10, of the
<br />Nebraska Trust Deeds Act;
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter described was conducted on the
<br />date and at the time and place designated in the Notice of Sale; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantee offered the highest bid at such public auction.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, AREND R. BAACK, Attorney at Law, a member of the
<br />Nebraska State Bar Association, Successor Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated
<br />December 3, 2002, filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br />December 4,2002, as Instrument No. 200213476, herein called the Grantor, for and in
<br />consideration of the sum of Two Hundred Nineteen Thousand Two Hundred and Noll 00 Dollars
<br />($219,200.00), as credit against the indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust received from
<br />Grantee as holder of the beneficial interest in such Deed of Trust, does hereby quitclaim, grant,
<br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto EQUITABLE BANK, herein called the Grantee, the
<br />following-described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />FOURTH SUBDIVISION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA;

<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the build-
<br />ings, improvements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee
<br />and to Grantee's heirs, successors and assigns forever.
