<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Lori J. Dymek, a single
<br />'----- --person, as Trustor, to Gary Byrne, Attorney-at Law, Trustee, for the benefit of Plate Enterprises,
<br />L.L.c., as Beneficiary, dated March 31, 2004, and recorded April 1, 2004, in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds ofRall County, Nebraska, as Instrument #200403173 has been paid, and the Beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Trustee's Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by
<br />its endorsement below.
