<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the Z"}; '~y of October, 2008, CitiMortgage, Inc., as the
<br />plaintiff, filed its Complaint in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Roger Meyer and
<br />Melinda Meyer, as the defendants, the object and prayer of such Complaint being to obtain an
<br />accounting, to foreclose a deed of trust' executed by said Roger Meyer and Melinda Meyer, husband and
<br />wife, to First American Title Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration
<br />Systems, Inc., acting solely as Nominee for CitiMortgage, Inc., Beneficiary, to foreclose any interest in
<br />or lien upon the real estate hereinafter described of the above-named defendants, to obtain an order for
<br />the sale of the real estate hereinafter described for the satisfaction of the indebtedness secured by such
<br />deed of trust and to obtain other equitable relief; that such deed of trust is dated September 25,2007, and
<br />was recorded on September 26,2007, as Instrument Number 200708279 in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and conveyed to such beneficiary the following described real estate
<br />situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:

<br />Lot Two (2), in Bernhard Voss First Subdivision, a part of Lot One (1) Voss
<br />Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;

<br />and that such deed of trust was sold, transferred, and assigned to the plaintiff by written assignment
<br />recorded on October 15, 2008, as Instrument Nwnber 200808742 in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska.
