<br />THA T WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Dennis F
<br />Osterman and Melynda L Osterman husband and wife joint tenants to Centris Federal Credit
<br />Union, Trustee for the benefit of Centris Federal Credit Union the beneficiary named therein, and
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, dated July 25, 2003
