<br />THA T WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Terry K
<br />Hoffman and Ann M Hoffman husband and wife joint tenants to Centris Federal Credit Union,
<br />Trustee for the benefit of Centris Federal Credit Union the beneficiary named therein, and
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, dated July 11, 2003
<br />recorded in document #0200309160 has been paid and said beneficiary has requested in writing
<br />that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement
<br />below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />beneficiary name therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvene to the person or persons entitle thereto all of the interest and estate derived
