<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter
<br />called the "Trust Deed," executed by Keith P Espeland and Jodi A Espeland, as
<br />Husband and Wife, as Trustors, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary
<br />named therein, dated the 25th day of April 2008, and recorded on the 28th day of May
<br />2008, as instrument no. 200804584 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, have both been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br />by these presents grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed,
<br />in and to the following-described real property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-
<br />1001 ):

<br />The Easterly One Half of Lots One Hundred Seventy-Five (175) and One
<br />Hundred Seventy-Six (176) in West Lawn Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, excepting a certain tract more particularly described in Warranty Deed
<br />recorded in the Register of Deeds Office in Book 78, Page 706
<br />
