<br />CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE AS ADDITIONAL SECURITY

<br />JEFFREY S RICHARDSON and JANE L RICHARDSON, Husband and Wife, as joint
<br />tenants, ASSIGNORS, does hereby assign to HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, ASSIGNEE, as additional
<br />security for payment of a loan made to Assignors by Assignee in the amount of
<br />$135,000.00, the Lease dated, JULY 1,2000, wherein KUESTER LAKE, INC.,is the
<br />Lessor and the Assignors are the Lessees, such Lease commenced JULY 1, 2000, and
<br />tenninatccl JUNE 30, 2035, pertaining to the foliowing-described premises:

<br />PORTION OF KUESTERS LAKE, BEING PART OF THE EAST HALF OF THE
<br />SOUTHWEST QUARTER (El/2 SWl/4) OF SECTION THIRTEEN 93), TOWNSHIP
<br />ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9) WEST OF THE SIXTH (6 H) P.M., IN
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA

<br />It is understood that if the Assignors pay said indebtedness of $135,000.00 with interest
<br />and according to the provisions of the Financing Statement given to them by the
<br />Assignee, that this Conditional Assignment of Lease will thereafter be null and void and
<br />of no further force or effect.
