<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated July 19, 2007, executed by Blessed Sacrament Church, a
<br />Nebraska Corporation, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #0200707021, on the 16th day of August, 2007,
<br />and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />LOTS ONE (1) AND TWO (2) NATTRASS SUBDIVISION GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA AND
<br />LOTS NINE (9), THIRTEEN (13), FOURTEEN (14), AND TWELVE (12), EXCEPTING
<br />THEREFROM A TRACT OF LAND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN
<br />CORPORATION QUITCLAIM DEED FILED AUGUST 12, 1954, IN THE REGISTER
<br />OF DEEDS OFFICE, BOOK 111 PAGE 327, ALL IN HOME SUBDIVISION, IN THE
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
