<br />under the Deed of Trust dated June 27, 2007, and executed by Terry Walter Enterprises, Inc.
<br />Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee,
<br />which was entered on June 27, 2007 as Instrument No. 0200705421, in the Hall County
<br />Register of Deed's Office, Hall County, Nebraska, and

<br />WHEREAS,' said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
