<br />You are hereby notified that Equestrian Meadows, L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability company,
<br />Trustor, did on or about November 18,2004, make, execute and deliver to TierOne Bank:, as Trustee, a
<br />Construction Security Agreement/Deed of Trust with Assignment of Rents and Security Agreement
<br />wherein said Trustor conveyed the following described real property:

<br />"Lots Four (4), Five (5) and Six (6), Equestrian Meadows Subdivision, in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska"
<br />
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from TierOne Bank, Beneficiary of said
<br />Deed of Trust, which Deed of Trust was recorded on November 19, 2004 as Instrument No.
<br />020041128~0, Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as
<br />modified by that certain Loan Modification Agreement recorded December 18, 2007 as Instrument No.
<br />0200710522 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustor for which
<br />the trust property was conveyed as security, to-wit, (a) that the Trustor has failed to pay the Beneficiary
<br />payments which were contractually due on July 1,2008 through October 1,2008, together with interest
<br />accruing thereon and (b) 2007 real estate taxes.
<br />
<br />You are further notified that the undersigned Trustee, at the request of the Beneficiary has
<br />elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said
<br />obligation.
