<br />That Grantors, Harold R. Veeder and Peggy L. Veeder, Husband and Wife, and
<br />Jason R. Veeder, a single person, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and
<br />other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, convey
<br />to Benjamin D. Booker, a single person, Grantee, the following described real estate (as

<br />described as follows: Commencing at a pOint on the south boundary line of
<br />Syria Street in the Village of Cairo, Nebraska, which point is 60 feet South
<br />of the Southeast Comer of Lot Six (6), Block Four (4), Fourth Addition to
<br />Cairo, Nebraska, thence running westerly; along the South Line of Syria
<br />Street for a distance of Ninety (90) feet, thence running Southerly a distance
<br />of One Hundred (100) Feet, thence Easterly Ninety (90) Feet, thence running
<br />northerly a distance of One Hundred (100) feet to the place of beginning.
