Hedgecock, <br />in his capacity as Personal Representative ofthe Henry J. Hed(fecock Estate. Grantor. and <br />Douglas A. Denman and Manlyn K. Denman, husband and WIfe, Grantees. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Grantor is owner of a certain property in Hall County, Nebraska, and <br />Grantees are the owners of adjacent property, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Grantor is willing to grant Grantees a permanent and perpetual <br />easement for inwess and egress over Grantor's property for purposes of accessing grain <br />bins on Grantee s property. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, IT 1$ AGREED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />In consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable <br />consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Grantor does hereby grant to the <br />Grantees. their successors and assigns. an easement only. over and upon the real estate <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the Southwest comer of Lot One (1).
