<br />FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (alkla FANNIE MAE) organized and existing
<br />under the laws of The United States of America, GRANTOR,
<br />in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION

<br />months from the date ofthla deed. Theae restrictions shall run with the land and are not
<br />personal to Grantee. This restriction shall tennlnate Immediately upon conveyance at any
