Rev. Stat. ~~ 57-801 to 820 in and to the real and personal property described below for the furnishing of labor, money, material or supplies for the production of, altering or repair of said property on behalf of SemMaterials, L.P pursuant to a contract with SemMaterials, L.P. as the owner of a leasehold interest held for oil or gas purposes or the owner of a pipeline; that the last day that said furnishing of labor, money, material or supplies for the production, altering or repairing occurred was July 22, 2008; and that the sum of $325,597.84 is due and owing therefor, plus interest, attorneys' fees and costs in any legal action to enforce the rights hereunder being additional thereto as applicable and as allowed by law and the contract between the parties. DescriDtion of ProDertv: The leasehold interest of SemMaterials, L.P., in 4112 N. Academy Rd., Grand Island, NE 68801-9247 as more particularly described on Exhibit A hereto, which is held for oil and gas purposes pursuant to that certain Lease Agreement between SemMaterials L.P. and the Hall County Airport Authority referenced in the Memorandum of Lease filed of record on July 29, 2008 as Instrwnent No. 0200806502 with the Reg. of Deeds, State of Nebraska, Hall County, and the appurtenances thereunto belonging; All materials and fixtures of SemMaterials, L.P., used or employed, or furnished to be used or employed in the drilling or operation of any oil or gas well located thereon; All oil or gas wells located on such leasehold interest, and the oil and gas produced therefrom, and the proceeds thereof, exclusive of the interest therein owned by the owner of the underlying royalty or fee title; and The whole of the pipeline to which A TEC furnished materials or services, or on which labor was performed, and all buildings and appurtenances thereunto belonging.
