<br />Know all men by these presents:

<br />That AlEC Steel Fabrication & Construction LLC ("ATEC") hereby gives notice of its claim of
<br />statutory lien pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. ~~ 52-125 to 159 in and to the real and personal
<br />property described below for the furnishing of labor, money, material or supplies for the
<br />production of, altering or repair of said property on behalf of SemMaterials, L.P. That the last
<br />day that said production, altering or repairing occurred was July 22, 2008; and that the sum of
<br />$325,597.84 is due and owing therefor, plus interest, attorneys' fees and costs in any legal action
<br />to enforce the rights hereunder being additional thereto as applicable and as allowed by law and
<br />the contract between the parties.

<br />SemMaterials, L.P.'s, interest in 4112 N. Academy Rd.,
<br />Grand Island, NE 68801-9247 as more particularly
<br />described on Exhibit A hereto and the appurtenances
<br />thereunto belonging and including all of SemMaterials,
<br />L.P.'s interest in that certain Lease Agreement between
<br />SemMaterials L.P. and the Hall County Airport Authority
<br />referenced in the Memorandum of Lease filed of record on
<br />July 29, 2008 as Instrument No. 0200806502 with the Reg.
<br />of Deeds, State of Nebraska, Hall County.
