Deed of Reconvevance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust <br />executed by GARY L HEDMAN AND DEANNA M HEDMAN, as trustor, to Earl D. <br />Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK, formerly <br />Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, a Federal Savings <br />Bank, Grand Island, Nebraska, Successor to The Equitable Building and Loan <br />Association of Grand Island, Nebraska as Beneficiary, dated AUGUST 23. 1999, and <br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Document <br />No. 0099108622, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that <br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement <br />below. <br /> <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto <br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed <br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br /> <br />3.
