<br />sinale person as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savinas Bank as Trustee for the benefit of
<br />Nebraska Investment Finance Authority the beneficiary named therein, dated December 27, 2002, and
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book n/a Page n/a or Instrument
<br />Number 0200214640 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT
