<br />(Beneficiary) dated May 26, 1995, on the following described security in Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />side of the SE'/.i NW'/.i of Section 34, Township 11 North, Range lOWest of the 6lh P.M., being a strip of land
<br />80 rods North and South, and one rod in width, EXCEPT a portion more particularly described in Quitclaim
<br />Deed from William LeRoy Harrison to County of Hall dated March 26, 1964 and recorded March 23, 1966 in
<br />Book 150 age Page 425 of the Deed Records of Hall County, Nebraska,

<br />which was recorded as Instrument No. 95-103592 in the mortgage records of said county, now for good and valuable
<br />consideration and at borrower's request and by agreement of the parties thereto, executed this Addendum for the
<br />purposes of filing notice in said County of the following changes to said Trust Deed:

<br />It is understood and agreed between Trustor(s) and Beneficiary that this Trust Deed is given to secure the repayment
<br />in full of the following described obligations, regardless of whether Trustor (s) is(are) liable thereon, and all future
<br />and additional loans or advances, protective or otherwise, which may be made by Beneficiary, at its option, at the
<br />request of, and to or for the account of Trustor (s), the parties liable under the note(s) or credit agreement(s) or any
<br />of them, for any purpose, plus interest thereon, all payable according to the tem1S of the note(s), credit agreement(s),
<br />or other instrument(s) modifying the same,
