<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />Kathleen A Behring and Steven L Behring, husband and wife, joint tenants with full right of
<br />survivorship to Centris Federal Credit Union f/kla Bell Federal Credit Union, Trustee for the
<br />benefit of Centris Federal Credit Union f/kla Bell Federal Credit Union the beneficiary named
