<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska COl1Joration, as Trustee, under the
<br />Trust Deed dated .1 anuary 18, 2006 and executed by Michael A. Larsen; a married person and Donnise
<br />M, Larsen; his spouse, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded as Instrument #0200600497 at thc
<br />Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska on the 19th day ofJanumy, 2006.

<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey thc real estate described in the Deed ofTmst above mentioned as follows:

<br />'the westerly balf of the southerly half of the easterly two hundred seventy feet (270') of lot
<br />eleven Vantine subdivision, an addition to the city of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Dced ofTmst have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.

<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOf, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 8th day of October, 2008.
