Bank <br />National Association, as Trustee of Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust, Asset Backed Pass Through <br />Certificates, Series 2006-AMCl under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement Dated as of <br />September 1,2006, without recourse, hereinafter called "Grantee". <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on September 24, 2007, Grantor, executed a Notice of Default pursuant to <br />which notice was given to Porfirio A. Casarez and Nancy K. Casarez, husband and wife, Trustors, <br />under that certain Deed of Trust recorded on July 3, 2006 as Instrument No. 0200605928 in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, covering that certain premises described <br />as: <br /> <br />Lot One (1), in Fairacres Dairy Sixth Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Lots Five (5) and Eight (8), Fairacres Dairy Second Subdivision, in the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br /> <br />that a breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed had occurred, and setting <br />forth the nature of such breach and of his election to sell or cause to be sold such property to satisfy <br />the obligation. Said Notice of Default was filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska, on September 27,2007, as Instrument No. 0200708301. <br /> <br />A copy of such Notice of Default was thereafter mailed to all parties entitled to notice <br />pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with Neb, Rev, Stat. ~76~1008. <br /> <br />Subsequent thereto, beginning on August 19, 2008, Grantor caused to be published in The <br />Grand Is/and Independent, a newspaper having a general circulation in Hall County, Nebraska, a <br />Notice of Trustee's Sale setting forth a description of the property to be sold and stating that the <br />described property would be sold at public auction to the highest bidder for cash or certified or <br />cashier's check, at the lower level lobby of the Hall County Courthouse, 1st & Locust Street, Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska at 2:00 p.m, on October I, 2008. Publication of such notice was <br />made for five consecutive weeks on August 19, 2008, August 26, 2008, September 2, 2008, <br />September 9, 2008 and September 16,2008, the last publication being aUeast ten (10) days but not <br />more than thirty (30) days prior to the date of sale. <br /> <br />A copy of such notice of the time and place of sale was thereafter mailed to all parties <br />entitled to notice pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with Neb, Rev. Stat. ~76-1008. <br /> <br />Pursuant to said Notice of Trustee's Sale, John McDermott attorney for Grantor, did at the <br />time and place mentioned in said Notice of Trustee's Sale, offer said property for sale at public <br />auction, and did sell the same to Grantee for the sum of $97,474.00, it being the highest bidder <br />therefor. <br /> <br />CRU <br />
