<br />Grantor was directed by the Hall County District Court to sell this property by an order of sale
<br />dated July 2, 2008 in a case entitled City of Grand Island, Nebraska vs. William 8. Werner, et aI, Case No.
<br />CIQ7-248. Grantor caused to be published in a legal newspaper for Hall County, the Grand Island
<br />Independent, a Notice of Sale setting forth a description of the property to be sold at public auction to the
<br />highest bidder at the Hall County Courthouse, Publication was made for four (4) consecutive weeks
<br />commencing on July 14,2008 according to law. Pursuant to the Notice of Sale and at the time and place
<br />mentioned in Notice of Sale, the property was offered for sale at public auction and sold to Grantees for the
<br />sum of Five Hundred and No/l 00 Dollars ($500.00), that being the highest bid for the property at the sale.
<br />The District COUlt having reviewed the sale found the same to comply with the law and ordered the sale
<br />confirmed. Therefore, Grantor conveys to Grantees, without right of redemption, all right, title, interest and
<br />claim of William B. Werner, Barbara Werner, Tamara 1. Andrews (formerly known as Tamara 1. Werner),
<br />Timothy Andrews, and Prime Acceptance, a Corporation, and the interest of all persons or entities claiming
<br />by, through or under them, in and to the property sold, including all such right, title, interest and claim in
<br />and to such property acquired by junior lien holders.
