<br />The undersigned, PLA TTE VALLEY STATE BANK & TRUST COMPANY, a
<br />Nebraska banking corporation, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated May 2, 2006,
<br />wherein Rodriguez International Holdings, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation is the Trustor, which
<br />was filed for record in the office ofthe Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on May 5,
<br />2006, as Instrument No. 200603996 and contains as trust property, the following-described real
<br />estate:

<br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), and Four (4), all in Block Thirty-nine (39),
<br />Original Town of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements,
<br />appurtenances, fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, including all replacements and
<br />additions thereto, which were referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Property", hereby gives
<br />notice of default of said Trustor for the reason that the said Trustor has failed to make the
<br />payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by that Deed of Trust.

<br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be
<br />sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations ofthat certain Promissory Note dated May 2,
<br />2006, owing from Trustor to the Beneficiary, Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company,
<br />pursuant to the terms of the Trust Deed referred to above which secures this obligation.
