<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Timothy
<br />W. Olson and Kristine J. Olson, Husband and Wife, Borrower, to BANK OF WOOD RIVER,

<br />ISLAND, the Beneficiary named herein, dated August 3, 1999, and recorded August 11 , 1999,
<br />Instrument Number 99108082 in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been requested this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:

<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise,
