<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among, DALE
<br />RICHARD LEWIS AND JOANNE MARIE LEWIS, husband and wife, Trustor, and Central
<br />National Bank as Trustee and Five Points Bank as Beneficiary, dated November 14,2003, and
<br />recorded on November 14,2003, in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />as Instrument Number 200314991 has been paid; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, und~ said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty,to
<br />t1ae person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance withthe written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee,
<br />under the above described Deed of Trust in the following described property:
