<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Trust Deed dated August 13, 2008 and executed by Ronald E. Clark and Mary E. Clark, husband and
<br />wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants in CQllUnon, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank, a Nebraska
<br />Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded as Instrument
<br />#0200807128 at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska on the 18h day of August, 2008.
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />
<br />Lot four (4) block fifteen (15), in Russel Wheeler's addition to the city of Grand Island, Hall
<br />county, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secmed by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder,
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 8th day of October, 2008.
