Baack, Attorney at Law, Trustee under a certain Deed of <br />Trust dated April 4, 2003, wherein Peter W. Letheby and Katrina A. Letheby, Husband and Wife <br />are the Trustors, which was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, on April 7, 2003, as Instrument No. 200304130 and contains as trust property, the <br />following-described real estate: <br /> <br />LOT TWENTY (20) IN HIDDEN LAKES SUBDIVISION, NUMBER TWO (2), <br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br /> <br />together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, <br />appurtenances, fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, including all replacements and <br />additions thereto, which were referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Property", hereby gives <br />notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that the said Trustors have failed to make the <br />payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by that Deed of Trust. <br /> <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be <br />sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated April 4, 2003, owing <br />from Trustor to the Beneficiary, HOME FEDERAL SA VINOS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION <br />OF ORAND ISLAND, pursuant to the terms of the Trust Deed referred to above which secures <br />this obligation. ~ ,,/ <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />rend R.
