<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE-CORPORATION

<br />WHEREAS, Security National Bank of Omaha, A Nebraska Corporation, by
<br />and through Denise Albert, Operations Officer, its authorized officer, Security National
<br />Bank Of Omaha, as trustee Wlder the trust deed dated June 20. 2008 executed by James
<br />S. Kordik & Nicole D. Kordik. as trustor, in which Security National Bank of Omaha is
<br />named as beneficiary, and said corporation as trustee, and recorded. as . Instrument No
<br />0200805810 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, has
<br />received from Security National Bank of Omaha the beneficiary thereWlder, a written
<br />request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such trust dated have been fully
<br />paid and that such trust deed and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the
<br />undersigned, as trustee, for cancellation;

<br />trust deed, the said corporation by and through it's authorized officer, as trustee, does
