Bockmann Revocable Trust <br />dated December 27,2000, and K. Diane Bockmann, not personally but as Trustee on behalf of K. <br />Diane Bockmann Revocable Trust dated December 27,2000, and Jay D. Bockmann and <br />Stephanie Bockmann, husband and wife, and Eric T. Bockmann, a single person as Trustor, for <br />the benefit of WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, dated as of October 3, 2002, <br />and recorded on October 4, 2002, in Instrument No. 02 00210623 in the Office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, does hereby partially reconvey unto the person or persons <br />legally entitled thereto, without any warranty, part of the right, title and interest now held by said <br />Trustee in and to the real property described below.
