Sullivan and <br />Amanda I. Sullivan, husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as "Trustors" whether one or more, whose mailing address is <br />9312 S. Shady Bend Rd, Doniphan, Nebraska 68832; and Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, whose mailing <br />address is PO Box 428, Cairo, Nebraska, 68824, hereinafter referred to as "Lender". <br /> <br />DEED OF TRUST: Lender and Trustors have entered into a Deed of Trust dated February 20, 2008 which has been <br />recorded in Hall County, State of Nebraska as as Instrwnent No. 0200805282 with the following legal description: <br /> <br />Lot One (1), SqUivan Subdivision, According to the plat recorded April 30, 200~ as Insturment#2003.05373, records <br />ofRall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />Modification, Lender and Trustors hereby modify the Deed of Trust as follows: <br /> <br />Increase the amount of the Deed of Trust to $140,000.00. <br /> <br />Continuing Validity: Except as expressly modified above, the terms of the original Deed of Trust shall remain unchanged <br />and in full force and effect. Consent by Lender to this modification does not waive Lender's right to require strict <br />performance of the Deed of Trust as changed above npr obligate Lender to make any future modifications. Nothing in this <br />Modification shall constitute a satisfaction of the promissory note or other credit agreement secured by the Deed of Trust (the <br />"Note").
