Campa, a single person, Trustor under a Deed of Trust <br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on October 1,2004 as Instrument <br />No. 0200409714, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate, to-wit: <br /> <br />LOT NINE (9), BLOCK SEVENTY -SEVEN (77), WHEELER AND BENNETT'S THIRD <br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br /> <br />has breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and is in default under the <br />terms of said Deed of Trust.
