Durning, a single woman, and Brandon M. Tester, a single <br />man, Trustors under a Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, on September 27, 2005 as Instrument No. 0200509613, which Deed of Trust conveyed the <br />following described real estate, to-wit: <br /> <br />Lot Seven (7), Block Five (5), Bonnie Brae Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, <br /> <br />have breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and are in default under <br />the terms of said Deed of Trust.
