<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, Katrina M. Evans, have made,
<br />constituted and appointed, and by these presents, do make, constitute, and appoint
<br />Mary K. Lothrop, my true and lawful attorney in fact, for me and in my name and stead,
<br />and to my use, to:

<br />1. To negotiate, bargain and sell the following described real estate upon
<br />such terms and conditions, and under such covenants, as she shall deem fit, to wit

<br />Lot Eight (8) and the East Half (E1/2) of Lot Nine (9), West Lawn Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />limited to, the eX9Cutition of a purchase agr99ment, warranty d89d, closing documents
<br />and settlement documentation, to be done in and about the premises in the sale of the
<br />property, as I might or could do if personally present.

<br />all of the rights and powers herein granted shall commence and be in full force and
<br />effect on the date hereof, and such rights, powers, and authority shall remain in full
<br />force and effect until October 1, 2009, when it shall terminate.
