<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Trust Deed dated July 12,2002 and executed by Leroy G. Cote and Josephine K. Cote, not personally but
<br />as Trustees on behalf of the Cote Family Revocable Living Trust, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank,
<br />a Nebraska Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded as
<br />Instrument #0200207388atthe RegisterofDeedaoffice ofllallCounty, Nehfaska-on the--l-5-t!t.-day-i}f
<br />July, 2002

<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />Lot Three (3) of Pier Park Subdivision of Part of Black Eleven (11) of Koehler Subdivision to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 26th day of September, 2008.
