<br />RELEASE OF CONSTRUCTION LIEN

<br />KNOW ALL MEN, that we the undersigned in consideration of full payment of our claim,
<br />and other valuable consideration received, do hereby waive, relinquish and release the construction
<br />lien recorded as Instrument No. 200709798, filed November 19, 2007, of the Records of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, which covers the following described real estate situated in that county, to wit:
