Lender and Trustor have entered into a Deed of Trust dated October 22, 2007 (the "Deed of Trust") which has been <br />recorded in Hall County, State of Nebraska, as follows: <br /> <br />recorded in the office of Hall County Register of Deeds on October 29. 2007 as instrument number 0200709218. <br /> <br />REAL PROPERTY DESCRIPTION. The Deed of Trust covers the following described real property located in Hall County, State of Nebraska: <br /> <br />Lot Seven (7). in Block (3), Olde Mill Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 251 9 Mill River Road, Grand Island, NE 68802. The Real Property tax <br />identificlltion number is 400067870. <br /> <br />MODIFICATION. Lender and Trustor hereby modify the Deed of Trust as follows: <br /> <br />increase maximum lien amount to $40.000.00. <br /> <br />CONTINUING VALIDITY. Except as expressly modified above, tile terms of the original Deed of Trust shall remain unchanged Ilnd in full <br />force and effect. Consent by Lender to this ModifiClltion does not waive Lender's right to require strict performance of the Deed of Trust <br />as changed above nor obligate Lender to make any future modifications. Nothing in tllis Modification shall constitute a satisfaction of the <br />promissory note or other credit Ilgreement secured by tile Deed of Trust (the "Note"). It is the intention of Lender to retain as liable IlII <br />parties to the Deed of Trust and IlII parties, makers and endorsers to the Note. including accommodation parties, unless a party is expressly <br />released by Lender in writing.
